Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using the Online Casinos XYZ Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Online Casinos XYZ Platform is owned and Operated by iSolutions UK Limited, a company incorporated within the United Kingdom under Company No. 07477245.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Online Casinos XYZ (as defined below) governing your access to and use of the Online Casinos XYZ website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Online Casinos XYZ makes its services available (collectively, "Site"), our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces (collectively, "Application") and all associated services (collectively, "Online Casinos XYZ Services"). The Site, Application and Online Casinos XYZ Services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Online Casinos XYZ Platform”.
When these Terms mention “Online Casinos XYZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to iSolutions UK Limited (“iSolutions UK”), Kirk Way, Colchester, Essex, CO4 5ZN, United Kingdom.
By using Online Casinos XYZ Platform you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. You also warrant that you reside in a location where the use and advertising of real money gambling games are permitted and legal.
Under no circumstances shall Online Casinos XYZ Platform be used in places where the promotion of and advertising of real money online gambling products is illegal.
1. Definitions
“Online Casinos XYZ Platform” as described above means any combination of the Site, Application or Online Casinos XYZ Services, including but not limited to the website, software, content, images and files associated to Online Casinos XYZ or any of it’s partners.
“Player” means a registered user of Online Casinos XYZ Platform that selected Player during the registration process.
“Operator” means a registered user of Online Casinos XYZ Platform that selected Operator during the registration process.
“Supplier” means a registered user of Online Casinos XYZ Platform that selected Supplier during the registration process.
“Members” means a registered Player, Operator or Supplier using Online Casinos XYZ Platform.
“Brand Listing” means a brand listing that is managed by an Operator or by Online Casinos XYZ. Including but not limited to Online Casinos, Bookmakers, Bingo Sites, Games, and Casino Software.
2. Online Casinos XYZ Service
2.1 We agree to provide you with Online Casinos XYZ Service. The Service includes all of Online Casinos XYZ products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance Online Casinos XYZ’s mission: To Connect Players with Online Gambling Operators and Suppliers. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the Service):
2.2 Offering personalized opportunities to create, connect, communicate, discover, and share. Everyone is different. We want to provide a service where Players, Operators, and Suppliers can come together and learn about each other. So, we build systems that try to understand what you care about the most, be that services and games provided by our partners or the interests, trends, and preferences from Players.
2.3 Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment. We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help to make their experiences positive and inclusive, including when we think they might need help. We also have systems in place that work to combat abuse and violations of our Terms and policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behaviour. We use all the information we have, including your information, to try and keep our platform secure. Find out more about what information we use in our Privacy Policy.
2.4 Scalable content management and localised targeting tools Using the latest technology we provide scalable content management tools for our Operator and Supplier partners that allow them to curate content for Players.
2.5 Connecting Players with Brands and Products in ways they care about. Using data contributed by Players, Operators and Suppliers we display meaningful content to you including the latest casinos, bookmakers, bonus offers and the latest game releases.
3. Our Privacy Policy
Providing our service requires us to collect and utilise some of your personal information. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to, and use of the Online Casinos XYZ Platform are described in our Privacy Policy.
4.Your Commitments
In return for our commitment to provide Online Casinos XYZ Platform to you, we require you to make the following commitment to us.
4.1 Who Can Use Online Casinos XYZ. We want Online Casinos XYZ Platform to be as open and inclusive as possible for all users, however we also want it to be a safe and secure environment in accordance with all applicable laws. As a result, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of Online Casinos XYZ community.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must not be prohibited or restricted from receiving any part of our Service under any applicable laws or engage with any Brand Listing that may be restricted within your territory.
You must not reside in a Country or State where online gambling is restricted or illegal.
We must not have disabled or cancelled a previously owned account for any violation of law or of any of our Terms.
4.2 How You Can’t Use Online Casinos XYZ. Ensuring that Online Casinos XYZ is a safe secure community with accurate information requires us all to do our part.
You must not impersonate another company, or brand, or provide inaccurate information. You don’t need to disclose your identity at Online Casinos XYZ to have an account, however, you must provide us with accurate and up to date information in your secure account profile. You must not impersonate or represent a Brand that you do not have the express permission to represent.
You must not do anything that may be considered unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or illegal.
You must not act irresponsibly or encourage other users to act in an irresponsible way.
You must not create automated users accounts. You cannot create automated users accounts for the express purpose of collecting or modifying data within Online Casinos XYZ Platform without our express permission to do so.
You must not attempt to buy or sell any aspect of your account, including usernames and/or credentials.
You must not post any kind of content that may violate someone else’s privacy or intellectual property.
You must not use any kind of brand name in your username without the express permission of the brand you are representing.
5. Content
5.1 Online Casinos XYZ may enable Members to (i) create, upload, post, send, receive and store content, such as text, photos, audio, video, or other materials and information on or through the Online Casinos XYZ Platform ("Member Content"); and (ii) access and view Member Content and any content that Online Casinos XYZ itself makes available on or through the Online Casinos XYZ Platform, including proprietary content and any content licensed or authorized for use by or through Online Casinos XYZ from a third party ("Online Casinos XYZ Content" and together with Member Content, "Collective Content").
5.2 Online Casinos XYZ Platform, Online Casinos XYZ Content, and Member Content may in its entirety or in part be protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other laws of the United Kingdom and other countries. You acknowledge and agree that Online Casinos XYZ Platform and Online Casinos XYZ Content, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Online Casinos XYZ and/or its licensors or authorizing third-parties. You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Online Casinos XYZ Platform, Online Casinos XYZ Content or Member Content. All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and any other source identifiers of Online Casinos XYZ used on or in connection with Online Casinos XYZ Platform and Online Casinos XYZ Content are trademarks or registered trademarks of Online Casinos XYZ in the United Kingdom and abroad. Trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and any other proprietary designations of third parties used on or in connection with Online Casinos XYZ Platform, Online Casinos XYZ Content, and/or Collective Content are used for identification purposes only and may be the property of their respective owners.
5.3 You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Online Casinos XYZ Platform or Collective Content, except to the extent you are the legal owner of certain Member Content or as expressly permitted in these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Online Casinos XYZ or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms.
5.4 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Online Casinos XYZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to (i) download and use the Application on your personal device(s); and (ii) access and view any Collective Content made available on or through the Online Casinos XYZ Platform and accessible to you, solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
5.5 By uploading, posting or otherwise making available any Member Content on or through Online Casinos XYZ Platform, you grant to Online Casinos XYZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferable license to such Member Content to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such Member Content to provide and/or promote Online Casinos XYZ Platform, in any media or platform. Insofar as Member includes personal information, such Member Content will only be used for these purposes if such use complies with applicable data protection laws in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unless you provide specific consent, Online Casinos XYZ does not claim any ownership rights in any Member Content and nothing in these Terms will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use or exploit your Member Content.
5.6 You are solely responsible for all Member Content that you make available on or through Online Casinos XYZ Platform. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all Member Content that you make available on or through Online Casinos XYZ Platform or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases that are necessary to grant to Online Casinos XYZ the rights in and to such Member Content, as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the Member Content nor your posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmittal of the Member Content or Online Casinos XYZ’s use of the Member Content (or any portion thereof) as contemplated under these Terms will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5.7 You will not post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Member Content that: (i) is fraudulent, false, misleading (directly or by omission or failure to update information) or deceptive; (ii) is defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (iii) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (iv) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person or animal; or (v) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances. Online Casinos XYZ may remove or disable access to any Member Content that is in violation of applicable law, these Terms or otherwise, may be harmful or objectionable to Online Casinos XYZ, its Members, third parties, or property.
5.8 Online Casinos XYZ respects copyright law and expects its Members to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Online Casinos XYZ Platform infringes copyrights you own, please notify us immediately.
6. Terms specific for Operators
6.1 When creating a Brand Listing through Online Casinos XYZ Platform you must (i) provide complete and accurate information about your Service (such as Brand Listing descriptions, licences, software suppliers, and jurisdictional availability), (ii) disclose any restrictions (such as bonus wagering rules) and requirements that apply (such as any minimum deposit values and codes for bonuses) and (iii) provide any other pertinent information requested by Online Casinos XYZ. You are responsible for keeping your Listing information (including compliance content) up-to-date at all times.
6.2 Pictures, animations or videos (collectively, "Images") used in your Listings must accurately reflect your brand. Online Casinos XYZ reserves the right to require that Listings have a minimum number of Images of a certain format, size and resolution.
6.3 Publication of a Brand Listing is at the sole discretion of Online Casinos XYZ, and may depend on commercial factors such as commission agreements and conformance with these Terms.
6.4 Placement, positioning and ranking (“Ranking”) of Brand Listings in search results on Online Casinos XYZ Platform may vary and depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to Player engagement, Reviews, Ratings, Follows, and other Commercial Factors such as pre-agreed exposure packages.
7. Ratings and Reviews
7.1 Players and other Members can leave a public review (“Review”) and submit ratings (“Rating(s)”) about Brand Listings and other Member Content made available through Online Casinos XYZ Platform. Ratings and Reviews reflect the opinions of individual Members and do not reflect the opinion of Online Casinos XYZ. Ratings and Reviews are not verified by Online Casinos XYZ and may be misleading.
7.2 Ratings and Reviews by Members must be accurate and may not contain any offensive or defamatory language. Ratings and Reviews are subject to Section 5 of these Terms.
7.3 Members are prohibited from manipulating the Ratings and Reviews system in any manner, such as instructing a third party to write a specific positive or negative Review on a Brand Listing.
7.4 Ratings and Reviews are part of a Member’s public profile and may also be surfaced elsewhere on Online Casinos XYZ Platform (such as the Brand Listing pages) together with other relevant information.
8. Term and Termination, Suspension and other Measures
8.1 This Agreement shall be effective until such time when you or Online Casinos XYZ terminate the Agreement in accordance with this provision.
8.2 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by sending us an email. If you cancel your Member Account as an Operator, Online Casinos XYZ shall retain rights to utilise any Brand Listing Member Content in accordance with sections 5 and 6 of these Terms.
8.3 Without limiting our rights specified below, Online Casinos XYZ may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time.
8.4 When this Agreement has been terminated, you are not entitled to a restoration of your Account or any of your Member Content. If your access to or use of Online Casinos XYZ Platform has been limited or Account has been suspended or this Agreement has been terminated by us, you may not register a new Account or access and use Online Casinos XYZ Platform through an Account of another Member.
9. Liability
Online Casinos XYZ won’t be liable to you for any damages that arise from your using the Services or Online Casinos XYZ Platform or its 3rd Party Affiliates. This includes if the Services are hacked or unavailable. This includes all types of damages (indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary). And it includes all kinds of legal claims, such as breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or any other loss.
10. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, defend (at Online Casinos XYZ’s option), indemnify, and hold Online Casinos XYZ and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including but not limited to, Online Casinos XYZ Payments, and their officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your improper use of Online Casinos XYZ Platform or any of Online Casinos XYZ Services, (iii) your interaction with any Member, interaction with a Brand Listing or 3rd Party Affiliate, including without limitation any injuries, losses or damages (whether compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of such interaction, participation or use, or (iv) your breach of any laws, regulations or third party rights. The indemnification obligation according to this Section 10 only applies if and to the extent that the claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses have been adequately caused by your culpable breach of a contractual obligation.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with United Kingdom law. If you are acting as a consumer and if mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations in your country of residence contain provisions that are more beneficial for you, such provisions shall apply irrespective of the choice of United Kingdom law. As a consumer, you may bring any judicial proceedings relating to these Terms before the competent court of your place of residence or the competent court of Online Casinos XYZ’s place of business in the United Kingdom. If Online Casinos XYZ wishes to enforce any of its rights against you as a consumer, we may do so only in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you are a resident. If you are acting as a business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
22. General Provisions
22.1 Except as they may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions, policies, guidelines or standards, these Terms constitute the entire Agreement between Online Casinos XYZ and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Online Casinos XYZ and you in relation to the access to and use of the Online Casinos XYZ Platform.
22.2 No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Online Casinos XYZ as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Online Casinos XYZ Platform.
22.3 These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties.
22.4 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
